Hi!, your symptoms sound the same as what I've been suffering for the last 6 months mild headache on top of nose and above the eyes 24/7, sometimes blocked sinuses but hardly any discharge, but different to you I have a terribly stiff neck. If you can find someone who will look at everything (sinuses, headache, jaw, etc.) that would be great! They can let you know if they recommend a scan or anything else. You can always try a massage first since it seems to be one of the more simple things to try, and then see a doctor if you feel you need to. Problems in this area can even cause sinus symptoms and jaw soreness, so I think it's a good place to start. Irritation and stress in this area can cause a lot of headache discomfort. I'm going to look into massage for this or possibly a chiropractor. I have much of this too in my neck/top of back/bottom of skull and possibly some joint inflammation. It sounds like you definitely have some stress and tension in your muscles involved. I got frustrated about having to go 2 times per week! Even worse, I don't feel completely better, so I feel that I wasted some of my time and money. Then I saw a headache specialist (both a regular doctor and physical therapist at the same location) and got physical therapy and lifestyle changes recommended to me. Basically they just ruled out life threatening situations and gave me medication. Huge headache in the middle of my forehead (3rd eye area) this morning. there are so many different things I want to try with my health and seeing various doctors, but I'm not sure which is the best to do first! I decided to see a neurologist first. Or do i book in for an intense manipulative massage etc etc!! Woudl tight neck/head muscles cause eye tiredness though? Throughout my life, there have been moments where i could feel some kind of energy in the middle of my forehead.

theres a tiny bit of pressure in my nose but not much just a tingle, and i havent had a blocked nose or runny nose or anything.ĭo i go down the sinus road and try and get a CT scan to see if theres trapped fluid (anyone know Know how long id have to wait in the UK to be referred to ENT or whatever they do). I have been twice, thinking it was blocked frontal sinuses - they gave me nasal spray then antibiotics but by then it was 5 months+ since it had started and nothing helped. I have really tight muscles in my neck and below my skull which i have been trying to massage myself - do i just press on them till they release?įed up with the many causes that it could be - how can i go to the doctor again when there are so many possibilities on what could be causing this!!

My eyes feel so tired, and i know it is because of the pressure of this ache above my eyes. My jaw is sore when i press on it, and i have an over bite but i have never been aware of clenching my jaw unless i do it while asleep. It's above my eyebrows, mostly in the middle.

Ive put up with it for a year, im living overseas and this has been been with me the whole time i feel like it has dampened the experience a little as i have never felt 100%. I am sick of this constant ache across my forehead, and tired eyes associated with it.
